gland plate.
Electro
zinc plated Steel locknuts are a cheaper alternative and should be
used only in dry, low humidity conditions.

Brass
thread Adaptors connectors allows a metric (ISO) threaded gland to be terminated
in enclosures with different entry thread form (ET, NPT, PG, BSPT and BSP)
Generally
the connector adaptor is male threaded to B.S.31 (ET) at one end and female
threaded (ISO) at the other end to accept a metric cable gland.
Thread
Reducers effectively reduce the entry thread diameter of enclosures to
accept the smaller thread diameter (and often different thread form) of
